Aiming for your total satisfaction, the Femme Store has an Exchange and Return Policy in line with the most recent standards of the Consumer Protection Code. Our goal is to provide a personalized service that meets your request with excellence and speed. 1. Request for exchange or return To request the exchange or return of the product, the consumer needs to contact our team by e-mail -femmestoreloja@gmail.com - or by phone 11 5565-6030 stating the order number and reason for the exchange or return. 2. General conditions Parts that: 1) Within the stipulated period of 7 working days. 2) The tag is affixed to the piece and intact; 3) They do not have odors, stains or changes of any kind caused by the use of the client; 4) have not been washed or used; Exchanges for dissatisfaction If you made the purchase at www.femmestoreloja.com.br, you received the product in perfect condition and, even so, you were dissatisfied or want to change due to its size: - All costs related to the first return of the product are the responsibility of the customer, provided that the request meets the deadline of 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the product. - To exchange your product, please contact our Customer Service Center by e-mail -femmestoreloja@gmail.com - or by phone 11 5565-6030.

 

Troca por defeito

- Caso receba algum produto diferente do seu pedido: sem acessórios, com a embalagem aberta ou avariada, recuse de imediato. E faça uma ressalva no comprovante de entrega e entre em contato com a nossa Central de Atendimento. Se identificar o erro após a abertura da embalagem, não retire as etiquetas e notifique nossa Central de Atendimento em até 07 (sete) dias corridos após a entrega.
- O prazo para a troca de produtos com defeito é de 90 (noventa) dias corridos a contar da data de recebimento;
- Para realizar a troca de seu produto, entre em contato com nossa Central de Atendimento através do e-mail -femmestoreloja@gmail.com - ou pelo telefone 11 5565-6030.

Return of goods The product must be returned in the same condition as when received, and must present: label, packaging, original accessories and be accompanied by the invoice. Attention: The product that does not meet the required conditions, will not have its return accepted and will automatically be sent back to the original address.

 

2.2.2 Restitution of values Credit Card: In the case of purchase made with a credit card, the refund of the amount will be made through a refund on the credit card within 10 (ten) business days after receiving the product at the Femme Store. After this period, consult the responsible administrator to find out how the chargeback will be issued on your invoice. Boleto Bancário: Boleto purchases will be made through PagSeguro and the refund of amounts paid in boleto bancário will occur by means of a refund in the checking account of the holder of the purchase within 10 (ten) business days after receiving the product in the Femme Store . If the holder of the purchase does not have a checking account, the customer will receive a purchase voucher for the value of the product. No deposits will be made in third party accounts. Attention: The refund of the amounts will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product (s) at our distribution center, according to the general conditions described at the beginning.

 

3. Promotion Promotional items do not have exchange products purchased on promotion, if it is necessary to exchange by default the return, the amount considered will be the one paid for the product and not its original value. Example: If you purchased an item on sale for R $ 50.00 but its original value was R $ 100.00, the amount considered will be R $ 50.00.

Utilizamos os correios e outros meios de entrega, podendo levar de 2 a 3 dias úteis, de acordo com a região do cliente. Caso a entrega não seja concluída, haverá duas tentativas de entrega, em seguida. O produto retornará para a Loja Femme Store caso as tentativas de entrega falhem.
